Dr Megan Bernard, ND

Hi, I’m Dr Megan — a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor with a deep focus on integrative, science-backed cancer care. But more than that, I’m someone who truly gets what you’re going through.

I’ve spent years helping women navigate life after cancer — the exhaustion, the anxiety, the constant question of “what now?” You’re often told to eat well and manage stress, but left with no real plan. That’s where I come in.

Before doing my Doctorate of Naturopathy and becoming a naturopathic doctor, I earned my Bachelor of Health Science in Diagnostic Cytology — the cellular detection of cancer — and a Masters of Science focused on cancer and immune system research. I’ve published research, trained in naturopathic oncology, and developed a step-by-step framework that combines lab work, personalized nutrition, and sustainable lifestyle strategies.

But this isn’t just professional. It’s personal.

Cancer runs in my family — my mom, grandmother, aunt, and grandfather have all been diagnosed. I know what it’s like to want answers rooted in science and care.

I don’t believe in fear-based advice, harsh cleanses, or internet trends. I believe in giving you clarity, calm, and a clear plan. That’s what this training is here to offer.
